This event is part of the 'Sounds of Sauna' festival, 4 events a year that take place at ACQUAin wellness at the solstices and equinoxes, to celebrate the arrival of the new seasons.
It is a festival born from the passion and friendship of our loyal guests, the Sounds of Sauna trio, who have made their artistic professionalism available to organize at our ACQUAin wellness center in Andalo Life not only shows, but real fusions of different arts.
During the Sounds of Sauna, our 'Aufguss' sauna rituals and sound baths are revisited by cultural entertainment professionals to offer you live musical and theatrical performances that are increasingly immersive and engaging.
You will live deep harmonic experiences, you will discover ancient instruments such as strings and percussion, you will see and listen to artists who will immerse you in their stories, all in very special locations such as relaxation rooms and saunas. At the end of this day you will feel renewed in body and spirit.

12pm Sound bath. Live immersive sound experience
2pm / 2.15pm scrub stories. Ritual with steam stories in the Turkish bath.
3pm Comic Aufguss. 'Laughter is good for the heart'
4pm Drum circle Aufguss. Collective rhythmic ritual.
4.30pm Revitalizing break
5pm Theater Aufguss. Free comedy exercises.
5.30pm / 6pm Piano. The piano plays for you.
7.15pm Groove Aufguss. End of day ritual with live music.
