- The service is provided by appointment only. in order to regulate access and avoid crowds;

- access is permitted only to the person requesting the service; the presence of an accompanying person is permitted only in the case of minors, non-self-sufficient persons or when linguistic-cultural mediation is required;

- access to the outpatient clinic must be strictly adhered to at the time of the appointment, wearing a surgical mask, hygienising hands and ensuring a safe distance.
