The Andalo Vacanze Portal (''Portal'') hosts a technological platform (''Platform''), conceived and developed by "feratel media technologies AG -6020 Innsbruck - Maria-Theresien-Straße 8" and managed by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze, with registered office in Piazzale Paganella n.4, 38010 Andalo (Tn), registered in the Trento Companies' Register, no. TN-208642, VAT number and Tax Code 02221290220, telephone no. 0461/585370, which allows the contact between third party suppliers (''Third Party Vendors'') and buyers, for the purpose of buying and selling online services of a tourist nature (''MarketPlace'').
Within the MarketPlace also Third Party Suppliers can offer and sell their services and conclude the relative purchase contracts with Users.
On the Portal users can, therefore, purchase services sold both by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking and services sold by Third Party Suppliers. On the Portal it is always clearly indicated whether the service is sold by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking or by a Third Party Supplier.
Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking, as mere supplier and technical manager of the Platform, is not part of the sales contract between the User and the Third Party Vendor, which is concluded exclusively between the Third Party Vendor and the User at the conditions and terms set out in the applicable General Contract Conditions.
Through the Platform users can also purchase products and/or services offered for sale on Partner or Related sites on which Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking operates as a provider of the registration and sales service ("Sites powered by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking "). Below are the general contract conditions of Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking, i.e. the general sales conditions applicable to the services specifically indicated on the Portal as "sold by Consorzio Andalo Vacanze/Paganella Dolomiti Booking " and to the services offered for sale on the Partner or Related Sites, if the contract for the purchase of such services is concluded through the Platform. The general terms and conditions of sale of each Third Party Supplier are made available in the form of each service which can be accessed by clicking on the link in the purchase summary at each stage of the purchase process.
